Jade is one of our newest Orans with all of the latest features. This Orana is a 44 foot 3 cabin yacht that offers exceptional quality and amenities that few cats can offer. This “Owner’s version commits an entire hull to one cabin and an extra spacious head. This boat is excellent for families, friends or couples looking for the special qualities catamarans bring to sailing vacations. This boat also performs as wells as it looks. She sails like a dream in light air as well as a stiff breeze. We have had the Orana up over 11 knots on the bay.
The new Fountaine Pajots all feature a dedicated control cockpit with an electric winch to control everything from the Halyard, to jib and main sheets. This cockpit is not isolated from the main cockpit, but rather just a couple of steps up and with full communication and it's also open to passing beverages or sandwiches. This cockpit is also at deck level for access to the deck while on autopilot. There is a protective bimini over this station, as well as complete surrounding sun protection (on Jade) and of course the cockpit offers one level living with the main saloon, and has a fixed bimini over it with sun screens all around. From the cockpit or main saloon you have a 360 degree view of your surroundings!
